Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India by a sage named Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras around 400 CE.
The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'yuj' meaning 'Union" or 'Unite'. Yoga aims to create a union between body, mind, and spirit. The marriage of the breath, mind, and body, the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal consciousness - a perfect harmony between the body and mind.
It is one of the oldest forms of healing therapy and became popular in the West in the 20th century, where group classes have become the norm.
When you hear the word yoga, what do you think? you may see many people on yoga mats in a class in a studio and following the sequence of physical postures that a yoga teacher is taking you through.
But yoga is much more than that! much more than the physical asanas (postures). It's about bringing your mind, body, and soul into union.
Modern yoga is most commonly associated with the physical practice of asana, a series of postures often weaved together in styles such as Vinyasa Flow or Ashtanga. Asana practice is generally intended to build strength and stamina, improve flexibility, coordination, and balance, and relax the body. However, this provides only one small aspect of the tradition of yoga as a whole.
Yoga becomes a way of life, that takes you on a beautiful spiritual journey to bring more expansion, connection, healing, balance, and oneness into your life.

Welcome to Yoga Bliss, a blend of Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork classes. I am a 200hr certified and registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I trained in Bali where I also trained for my 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training.
I have been on my spiritual journey for over 16 years now. I am also an Energy Healer and Reiki Practitioner and it is my passion to teach as many people as possible the life-changing benefits of yoga, meditation, and energy work, and help them build a solid foundation for their practice. In my classes, we work on body awareness, alignment, understanding of postures and sequences, mobility, and bringing general physical, emotional, and mental well-being into their lives.
I also offer private 1-1 lessons online and in person. My classes are tailored to each student's experience and goals, be it relaxation, self-confidence, strength, or flexibility. The 90-minute classes include a short meditation and pranayama practice followed by asana practice (postures and sequences).
Yoga Studio Group Classes
Join us every week for mixed ability, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced in your practice, these classes have a blend of fluid asana movement, strength, alignment, balance, flexibility, breathwork, and relaxation.
The yoga studio is set within the restored stables amongst Eastcote House Gardens which is a beautiful, tranquil, award-winning open green space surrounded by nature with a cafe, stables, and walled garden, all of which are Grade II listed. A true hidden gem in West London.

Private 1:1 Classes
I also offer private 1-1 lessons online and in person (West London only). My classes are tailored to each student's experience and goals, be it relaxation, self-confidence, strength, or flexibility. The 90-minute classes include a short meditation and pranayama practice followed by asana practice (postures and sequences).
Bespoke classes are designed around you and your personal needs and experience. I will tailor each class to your specific needs and goals. If you’re interested in working towards a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength, or if you have injuries or health concerns, private sessions may be the solution for you.
