 UK Retreat Cancellation Policy

 1. PAYMENT POLICY
 

A NON-REFUNDABLE fee is required for your reservation to be confirmed.  This amount is outlined on the specific retreat page, and is applied to your total retreat fee.

Payment plans are available, please email me at sukie@sukiekaur.com to set up a plan that is flexible for you.

 

 

2. RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
 

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.  No one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

 

3. DEFINITIONS

 

​“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Retreat and can be cancelled by either the guest or retreat organiser.

“You” refers to the guest booking an Awaken Your Soul in Bali Retreat.

“We” refers to Awaken Your Soul in Bali Retreat Organiser.

 

4. TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat we advise you to have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for TRIP CANCELLATIONS and MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
 

5. GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1  If you cancel your retreat, we do not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat date in the future. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees apply.

​If you cancel at any time, a refund of monies paid is only available if you can provide another client to fill your space.

PLEASE NOTE: there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays or illness.

If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions.  I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but I have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centres and vendors.  I have designed this cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in case that your plans change. 

 

To insure yourself further, I strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

 

5.2 If I cancel the Retreat 
 

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel the retreat, I will refund you all payments you have paid. I cannot, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.  In the unlikely event I must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster, war, political upheaval, or any other circumstance outside of my control, I cannot guarantee any refunds.  To cover these risks, again, I highly recommend you purchase travel insurance

6. COVID CANCELLATION POLICY 

If the Retreat is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19, you have different refund rights depending on whether:

 

  • we cancel your booking, then a full refund or credit for a future retreat will be given.

  • you want to cancel your booking but it’s still going ahead, the loss of the deposit and any amount from the balance depends on when the retreat is cancelled by you.

 

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. 

 

If we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us in accordance with this cancellation policy.
 

We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
