This stillness meditation practice involves relaxing the body to help the mind come to rest by itself, to simply "allow" it to happen.
Inner stillness is a place that our heart can speak without our mind running it off the road. In order to be still we first have to be still enough to listen.
When we quiet our mental and emotional state, we can hear the voice of our heart and intuition. This is when our Soul can deeply communicate with us and his will help us make better choices and outcomes in our life.
When our mind finally let’s go, inner stillness is where we land. From there we can reset and upgrade the experience of our life. The earlier we learn the value of inner stillness, the less we need to experience the struggles and more stressful ways life.
