In today’s meditation we will be building on the techniques we have learnt so far, and incorporating a technique to explore our emotions. Emotions come and go just like our thoughts do and are part of our universal human experience.
Each time we are confronted by a certain feeling or emotional response, just as we are with our thoughts, we are given a choice in how we wish to react. Today I will teach you how to identify and name certain emotions, and feel the physical sensation feel attached to it. It will help you understand where the emotion lives in your body and change your reaction to it.
Developing a deeper sense of self-awareness can help you master your emotions.
The core of every symptom, stress and disease are emotions and memories that are buried in our subconscious mind.
Our trapped emotions are the source of everything that ails us, so it’s so important we understand how to remove negative emotions and restore them with positive emotions.
