Today I’m talking about a topic I am really passionate about!
So you have heard about yin and yang and probably seen the yin and yang symbol. The yin and yang are all about the balance between two opposites, and this is something many of us struggle with, is finding balance in our life. One of the reasons you are craving more balance is because you are operating day to day from your more dominant energy, so either your masculine energy or your feminine energy.
Is feminine energy or masculine energy your strength? Do you even know?
Yin refers to the feminine energies in life, and yang refers to the masculine energies in life.
Do you find it hard to sit still and relax? Do you feel lazy and guilty if you aren’t constantly working through a to-do list? This could mean that you are more dominating and operating from yang energy
Or perhaps your issues are just the opposite.
Is inaction your problem? You love options but can’t decide? Do you find it hard to stand up for yourself? Do you constantly doubt yourself? Then you are probably more dominant and operating from yin energy.
All of us actually have both of these energies within us.
However, being a feminine man or a masculine woman is NOT a weakness. It’s a strength, but I find so many women stand in their masculine energy more because that’s what our modern life dictates, as we are juggling so many balls at once! And we might be in a high demanding career or running our own businesses and have a family to take care of, and our self care usually come last on the list.
This is a fascinating topic of really understanding yourself and masculine and feminine energies go so deep, and there are so many layers to it once you start learning and understanding this topic, but by the end of this episode you will have an understanding of:
1. What it is?
2. How to recognise which you are more dominant in, and;
3. How to balance your own masculine and feminine
