my coaching?

 

NLP is a popular approach to understanding our psychology, how we use our brains, our language and processes to consistently achieve positive results. ‘NLP is about how to use the minds own language to consistently achieve desired outcomes’.

NLP is the study of excellence and has originated from modelling the behaviour of successful people. By identifying how others think, feel and behave when they are successful, and the mental strategies for success.  These strategies, attitudes and behaviours can then be applied to achieve personal success in any area of your life.

  • Neuro – Is the study of the mind and nervous system. It is how we use our neurology to make sense of the world by taking in information from our 5 senses.
     

  • Linguistic – Is the study of language, what we do with the information from our 5 senses, how we code our own representation of the world as well as using non-verbal forms of communication.
     

  • Programming – how we use programs, patterns and strategies to create our behaviours and actions.

What is NLP?

I coach and guide you through this change using a combination of advanced and proven NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Personal Coaching techniques, strategies to work collectively with your conscious and influential unconscious mind.

 

This creates long lasting, profound changes that will enable you to break free from your perceived limitations and transform your future. You will use these NLP tools and techniques to facilitate positive changes. 

 

I don’t just give you the fish, I teach you how to fish, so you leave with these tools and can use them at your own dispense and use them to improve your performance in area of your life.
