Stunning Cottages! set in 16 acres of natural beauty 

 

Beautiful stone cottages set in the spectacular location in Somerset on a 16 acre farm, blend of gardens, horse paddocks and orchard. Middlewick is a wonderful place to relax and switch off from your life, with the added bonus of a heated indoor swimming pool and steam room a well stocked farm shop. Each cottage is equipped with, ensuite, family bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lounge.

Immerse yourself in nature and surroundings which are peaceful and serene, you will be in awe of the views of the Mendip Hills from the cottages.

These beautiful cottages have views and back onto Glastonbury Tor Hill which is within easy walking distance from the cottages.

Why Glastonbury?

The village of Glastonbury itself is pretty small but very quaint, cradled among a series of velvety green hills. Glastonbury is known as the heart chakra of Earth.  It's a place ideal for opening your heart to the Earth's energy and allowing peace to flow. Thousands of people from all over the world visit Glastonbury every year. They are drawn to this mystical place for its rich history of spiritual pilgrimage, its magical healing energies and sacred sites, its adorable worship of sacred feminine and for it being the Heart Chakra of the Earth.

What holds you back is unconscious programming that is locked in our DNA, brought down from generations, imprinted in us since our childhood and becomes our conditioning. 

 

Those unconscious blocks can be triggered by a look, a word, an event and without us realising why we do what we do and say what we say. They are deep and sneaky because you don’t even know they are there. We have to dig beneath the surface on a much deeper unconscious level that we don’t naturally know how to access.

The White Springs Temple

This mysterious, candle-lit sanctuary has been booked as a private venue for the retreat. A Great place to sit and meditate and enjoy the water of a natural calcium spring.

It is one of the greatest mysteries of  the village of Glastonbury, that two different healing springs, one touched red with iron, the other white with calcite, should rise within a few feet of each other from the caverns beneath Glastonbury Tor. Both have healing in their flow, you can bathe in these healing waters and awaken the divine feminine energies. 

In honour of the Spirit of the White Spring, a Temple has been created here in gratitude for the gift of pure water. A Victorian built Well House that nestles beneath the hill, a blessing indeed. Cavernous and set apart, in blackness or candle lit, mysterious it remains. A wonderful 

Glastonbury Tor Hill

After the climb to the peak of this hill, standing on top of Glastonbury Tor, your shoulders will drop and your heart will open.  

A climb to the top will reward you with stunning  views for miles. Take in sweeping views over the Mendip Hills will leave you in awe!

Take in the peace and serenity and you will feel your heart open which will calm your mind and the calm energy will spiral up your spine as you feel the fresh air sweep across your face.  You will feel as though you are soaring into the sky as your heart thrums with joy, you can completely exhale.....................

Chalice Wells Gardens

Chalice Well is among the best known and most loved holy wells in Britain.  The  well and surrounding gardens are a living sanctuary, a place to soothe the soul and revive the spirit.  Connect to nature as you wander through the beautiful and peaceful gardens.  The waters of Chalice Wells  has long been associated with healing properties, in the past it was known as the 'Red Spring' because of the red iron deposit the water leaves on everything it touches.  Drink the Iron enriched water at the Lion's Head drinking fountain  and feel the healing effect of the waters.  Whilst there are many reasons why people return to the Chalice Wells over the years, the one constant theme is peace, I know of no other place that provides this so perfectly and so deeply. Find, solace, peace and inspiration, wandering through the gardens where you will find many spots to privately meditate and provoke reflection.

Itinerary 

Here’s your daily schedule: 
 

Day 1:  UNPLUG  - THE JOURNEY BEGINS!.............
 

  • Arrive at 11am - Settle into your cottages, welcome lunch, open circle and intention setting.

  • 1pm - Lunch.

  • 3pm - Workshop 1 - Unplug - Learn about the misconceptions of Meditation, the benefits of Meditation and learn the practical tools to help promote inner peace, a calmer, more focused and more productive life.  Lean how to meditate, this does not require any severe lifestyle changes.  I will teach you the different techniques for meditation so you can find one that best suits you and you will be taken through guided meditation over the 3 days. 

  • 6pm - Freetime - Visit the village and dine in an array of different cuisine restaurants.  Or just chill in your cottage, order in a takeaway.

     

Day 2:  EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
 

  • 8am - Breakfast 

  • 9am - Trek up Glastonbury Tor Hill

  • 12.30pm - Private visit to The White Springs Temple

  • 1.30pm - Lunch

  • 3pm - Workshop 2 - A Whole New Mind - Emotional Intelligence is a set of skills that enable you to recognise and manage emotions, its the most important factor helping us to live fulfilled lives.  Compared to IQ, emotional intelligence is a key determinate of personal life success, academic success and job performance.  Learn whether you have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset and how to get rid of past negative emotions that are just dead weight in our minds. Liberate you mind and find your inner sanctuary

  • 6pm - Free time

Day 3:  DISCOVERY 
 

  • 8am Breakfast

  • 9am - Workshop 3 - Search Inside Yourself - By the end of this workshop, you will know what your core values are and and what drives you.  When you dig beneath the surface and go deep, peeling away all those layers, you will meet the real authentic you! Meet your desires and let them guide you. Find clarity, commitment and courage to take the next step in designing the life you want.
